Description
A set of four 1971-S Eisenhower silver dollars, strike type uncirculated, commonly referred to as Blue Ikes. Each coin was produced at the San Francisco Mint and is composed of 40% silver. The obverse features the portrait of Dwight D. Eisenhower with the S mint mark and 1971 date. The reverse features the Apollo 11 mission insignia design. Each coin is housed in its original US Treasury government-issued soft plastic placket. Each placket contains the silver dollar alongside a blue plastic token featuring an eagle and the inscription EISENHOWER UNCIRCULATED SILVER DOLLAR. The set includes the four original white informational cards titled UNCIRCULATED 40% SILVER EISENHOWER DOLLAR COIN which detail the minting process and composition.

Condition report:
Coins are in uncirculated condition as issued, retaining full original mint luster. The protective soft plastic packaging remains sealed. Minor shelf wear and faint toning to the informational cards and plastic is present, consistent with age and long-term storage in original government packaging.
