Description
A collection of seven official United States Department of the Treasury presentation envelopes and informational cards for the 1972 Eisenhower uncirculated silver dollar. This lot consists of 7 empty sleeves with COAs and does not include the original coins. Each dark blue textured paper envelope features a silver-toned Treasury seal with the date 1789 and script lettering identifying the 1972 Eisenhower uncirculated silver dollar. The set includes seven white informational cards titled UNCIRCULATED 40% SILVER EISENHOWER DOLLAR COIN. These cards serve as certificates of authenticity and provide technical details regarding the 40 percent silver composition and the high-speed press production methods used at the San Francisco Mint.
