Daisy Model No. 107 Pump Action Air Rifle

Description
This vintage air rifle is a Model No. 107 manufactured by the Daisy Manufacturing Company. Stamped markings on the top of the receiver identify the manufacturer as Daisy Mfg. Co. of Rogers, Arkansas, dating the piece to the post-1958 era. The receiver is also stamped with Model No. 107, registration number G784057, and patent number 2,758,586. The rifle features a stamped steel barrel and receiver with a dark blue enameled finish. The buttstock and the ribbed, sliding pump forend are made of a marbled, reddish-brown plastic. Both sides of the receiver are decorated with stamped scrollwork and a hunting scene; the right side depicts a hunter with a rifle and a pointing dog. The rifle is equipped with a pump-action cocking mechanism, a fixed front blade sight, and an adjustable rear leaf sight. A large Daisy logo is stamped on the lower section of the receiver.
Condition report:
This item is in used vintage condition. The metal barrel and receiver show visible paint loss, surface scuffing, and scratches, particularly at the muzzle and along the top of the barrel. The stamped decorative scenes and manufacturer markings remain largely legible. The plastic stock and pump forend exhibit light surface scratches and general wear from use but are free of major cracks or structural damage. The mechanical cocking and firing actions have not been tested for functionality.
