Description

This lot consists of forty rounds of centerfire ammunition chambered in .444 Marlin, featuring 240-grain soft point bullets. The cartridges are divided between two original green and white cardboard boxes, each containing twenty rounds. This specific ammunition utilizes non-corrosive Kleanbore priming. Transcription of the packaging reveals markings such as Remington, HI-SPEED, and 20 CENTER FIRE CARTRIDGES on the primary faces, along with a warning to keep out of reach of children. Side panels are printed with 444 MARLIN and 240 GRAIN SOFT POINT alongside the product code INDEX 0444. The reverse identifies the manufacturer as Remington Arms Company, Inc., and lists locations in Bridgeport, Connecticut, and Ilion, New York.

Condition report:

The two cardboard boxes show visible shelf wear including surface scuffing, edge fraying, and areas of paper loss on the printed exterior. Both containers are currently held together in clear plastic shrink wrap. While showing signs of age and handling, the boxes remain structurally intact. The ammunition inside appears to be in factory condition, although it has not been removed from the packaging for individual inspection.
