Description
This lot features 150 rounds of .41 Remington Magnum centerfire pistol ammunition from prominent manufacturers Federal and Barnes. The collection includes one box of Federal Classic containing 50 rounds with 210 grain Hi-Shok jacketed hollow point bullets in brass cases, three boxes of Federal Premium Hunting containing 20 rounds each of 250 grain CastCore bullets in nickel-plated cases for a total of 60 rounds, and two boxes of Barnes VOR-TX ammunition with 20 rounds each of 180 grain XPB hollow point bullets in brass cases for a total of 40 rounds. Verbatim headstamp markings on the Federal cartridges read F C 41 REM MAG, while the Barnes brass cases are marked 41 MAG flanked by three small star symbols. The packaging for the Federal items is marked Federal Premium Hunting and Federal Classic Pistol Cartridges, and the Barnes items are labeled VOR-TX Ammunition. The cardboard packaging retains several original retail price stickers and shows typical signs of shelf wear, including minor edge rubbing and small tears.
Condition report:
The ammunition is in very good condition, with both the brass and nickel-plated cases appearing clean and free of corrosion or significant oxidation. The projectiles are correctly seated, and the ammunition appears to be factory-new and live. The cardboard packaging is in fair to good condition, showing various degrees of shelf wear, scuffing, and retail labeling consistent with long-term storage.
