Description
This vintage ballpoint pen is manufactured by Quill, for Smith & Wesson, and the S&W logo is on the top of the pen. featuring the brand’s classic slant-top design. The pen is constructed with a matte black satin finish over a metal barrel, complemented by chrome-plated trim. The hardware includes a conical tip, a central banding ring, a pocket clip, and a distinctive angled end cap. The writing instrument utilizes a twist-action mechanism and is designed to accept standard Cross-style ballpoint refills. The set includes its original white presentation box, which displays a gray oval logo featuring a stylized Q with a red feather graphic, the brand name Quill, and the text LIFETIME GUARANTEE.
Condition report:
The pen is in very good vintage condition with minor surface wear consistent with light use. The chrome plating remains bright and free of significant pitting.
