Description
This three-piece group consists of two field dressing knife sets and a utility belt pouch.
The first item is a Browning four-piece game processing knife set housed in a black nylon folding roll. This set includes a wide-profile drop-point skinning knife, a bone saw and gut-hook utility tool with a serrated spine, a standard drop-point utility and skinning knife, and a slender caping and boning knife. Each stainless steel blade features the Browning name stamped on the tang and an oval Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation (RMEF) logo on the blade flat. The knives are constructed with black textured synthetic handle scales secured by Torx screws.
The second item is an RMEF two-piece hunting knife set containing two fixed-blade knives and a double-slotted black nylon belt sheath with an embroidered RMEF patch. The larger knife, marked Model 154RMEF, is a clip-point skinner blade featuring a gut hook on the spine and partial serration near the heel. The smaller knife, marked Model 0030, is a drop-point caping blade with thumb jimping. Both feature stainless steel blades and black textured synthetic handles.
The third item is a Nite Ize Pock-Its heavy-duty black nylon multi-pocket utility belt pouch featuring a front flap with a sewn manufacturer patch.
Blade lengths: Browning set blades range from 3.25 inches to 3.5 inches; RMEF set blades measure approximately 3 inches and 4 inches.
Condition report:
All items are in good used condition. The knife blades exhibit light surface scratching, minor sharpening wear, and small spots of superficial oxidation or staining. The textured synthetic handles show minor handling wear. The nylon sheaths, folding roll, and utility pouch remain fully functional and show typical light wear and soil consistent with outdoor field use.
