Description
This lot features a 500 count of bullet tips intended for reloading .45 caliber handgun ammunition, specifically designed for magnum velocities. The collection is comprised of nine 50-count boxes of Nosler Partition-HG projectiles and one 50-count box of Speer plated soft point projectiles. All projectiles are .451 inch diameter and weigh 300 grains. Verbatim markings on the nine Nosler boxes include Nosler PARTITION-HG, 45 / 300 caliber grain (.451 inch) JPP, 50 Ct. 45350, and FOR MAGNUM HANDGUN VELOCITIES. The yellow Speer container is marked SPEER, 45 CAL 300 GR .451 inch PLATED S P, 50 4485. These items are inert copper-jacketed lead components only and do not contain primer or propellant powder.
Condition report:
The exterior cardboard packaging for the Nosler bullets shows moderate shelf wear, including scuffing, edge wear, and small tears to some labels. The yellow Speer plastic container is in good condition. The projectiles themselves appear unused but exhibit minor surface oxidation and tarnish consistent with long-term storage.
