Description
This Heritage Rough Rider Rancher is a single-action revolving rifle chambered in .22 caliber and is currently fitted with a six-shot cylinder marked 22 WMR. The firearm features a 16.125 inch blued steel barrel, a blued frame, and a blued cylinder. The wood stock is decorated with a detailed laser-engraved western scene depicting cowboys on horseback herding cattle through a mountainous landscape, complemented by a checkered wrist. Sighting is provided by a fixed front blade and an adjustable buckhorn rear sight mounted on the barrel. The firearm is equipped with a black textured buttplate bearing the manufacturer logo and includes a sling swivel stud on the buttstock. Key markings include the left side of the barrel inscribed HERITAGE ROUGH RIDER .22 CAL and KEEP EMPTY CHAMBER UNDER HAMMER, while the right side of the frame is marked HERITAGE MFG. BAINBRIDGE GA. and READ MANUAL BEFORE USING. The serial number 3PH246566 is stamped on the right side of the frame alongside a data matrix code. One firearm is included in this lot, accompanied by a gray Chipmunk branded soft fabric carry case. Note – All firearms require a federal 4473 background check.
Condition report:
The firearm is in excellent overall condition, showing minimal signs of handling or use. The blued finish on the barrel, frame, and cylinder remains consistent and dark with no visible rust, pitting, or significant wear. The wood stock is well-preserved with sharp engraving and no notable cracks or scratches. The bore is bright with sharp rifling. The single-action mechanism appears to function correctly with distinct indexing, though the firearm has not been function-tested with live ammunition.
