Description
This lot consists of 100 components for 6mm Remington, comprising 88 live rounds and 12 empty brass casings. These appear to be handloaded cartridges stored in two blue plastic ammunition cases. The ammunition is loaded with copper-jacketed open-tip hollow point bullets in bottlenecked brass cases. Noteworthy markings observed on the headstamps include R-P 6mm REM, norma 6mm REM, and NORMA Re 244, indicating the cartridges utilize both contemporary and original .244 Remington designated brass. The interior of the left case lid is handwritten with DOSHER and cal .24, while the right lid contains a label marked NORMA CASES with supplementary reloading notes identifying the use of Sierra 75 grain HP bullets and CCI 200 primers. Note – All firearms require a federal 4473 background check.
Condition report:
The brass cases exhibit light surface tarnish and oxidation consistent with age and storage. The copper-jacketed bullets appear to be in good condition without significant corrosion. The primers are seated properly in the live rounds. The blue plastic cases show some external scuffs and adhesive residue but remain functionally sound. As these appear to be handloaded ammunition of unknown origin, they are sold for components only and should not be fired.
