Description
This lot contains a total of 50 rounds of Winchester Super-Target 20-gauge shotgun ammunition, divided into two original 25-round cardboard boxes. These target loads utilize 2 3/4-inch shells designed for consistent patterns and reduced felt recoil during trap, skeet, and sporting clays shooting. Each shell is loaded with a 2 1/2 dram equivalent powder charge and 7/8 oz. of #7 1/2 shot. The shells feature yellow plastic hulls with silver-colored metal heads and hinged wads for increased velocity. Key markings on the Winchester USA White Box packaging include WINCHESTER SUPER-TARGET, TARGET LOAD, 20 GAUGE, 2 3/4 INCHES, 2 1/2 DR. EQ., 7/8 OZ., and 7 1/2 SHOT. The front faces are also marked TARGET and MADE IN USA alongside the Winchester rider logo. Individual shells are printed with a stylized large W logo and the load specification 7/8 OZ-7 1/2.
Condition report:
The white cardboard boxes show minor shelf wear, including light scuffing, small tears at the corner flaps, and a small dark mark on the front face of one box. The ammunition appears to be in excellent, live condition with no visible corrosion on the metal heads or damage to the yellow plastic hulls.
